„Ménologi” to szerokie plansze podzielone w trzech rzędach, na których obok siebie ustawiono świętych lub sceny przedstawiające przyjęcia. Każda ikona ilustruje miesiąc roku liturgicznego. To także zbiór tekstów śpiewanych lub granych w kościele, każdego dnia roku liturgicznego, na cześć świętych lub danego dnia i/lub święta. Ikona ta należała do zbioru dwunastu ikon, z których cztery zachowały się w Petit Palais.
