The sculptor Jean Carriès (1855-1894) is represented in his studio Boissonade street in Montparnasse. Wearing a felt and dressed hat a vest under a canvas jacket, it poses next to a barrel and surrounded by its "Bazaar" comprising busts, original plasters and sketches.
